NATO 'Think Tank' consults with Troika Subject Matter Experts

Troika Solutions and NATO have a longstanding relationship.  For the second consecutive year, we participated in the NATO TIDE Sprint sponsored by Allied Command Transformation in Virginia Beach, VA.  This is NATO’s premier think tank event and is held twice a year.  Troika, along with attendees from the 29 NATO nations and partners, explored how NATO can best incorporate cutting edge tools and techniques into real world operations. Troika’s subject matter experts, Bob Appleton and Nicole Santos, assisted the Logistics team to develop future exploitation of Additive Manufacturing in NATO.  Deputy Supreme Allied Command Transformation Admiral Nielson described Additive Manufacturing as a ‘highly contagious technology.’  John Hornick, author of 3D Printing Will Rock the World, spoke about the future of Additive Manufacturing processes.

Troika has also contributed to Coalition Warrior Interoperability Exercises for five years and is a charter member of the NATO Additive Manufacturing Community of Interest.  Troika will participate in Trident Juncture next year.
