Troika Solutions’ AI Division [Lucid Jigsaw] has been awarded a spot on a five-year, $650 million Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide subject matter expertise to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
Lucid Jigsaw will support the VA by building and testing novel platforms, services, and care models that can be scaled into clinical production for the Veterans Health Administration (VHA).
The VA named its industry partners for the Accelerating VA Innovation and Learning (AVAIL) program in separate notices posted on SAM.gov. Troika Solutions will perform Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning work on task orders under a sub-contract to ECS Federal, LLC. Task orders under the AVAIL contract are categorized into personalized care, data transformation, digital care, immersive technology and care and service delivery models.

Each task category under the IDIQ award comes with task groups. The data transformation category covers advanced clinical decision support, artificial intelligence and machine learning and synthetic data. Work on the VA AVAIL contract begins as soon as task orders are competed and awarded.
