The Virginia Business and Best Companies Group created this statewide survey and awards program, which is designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment in Virginia to benefit the state's economy, workforce, and businesses. This year’s ranking of 17 out of the top 100 small businesses matches Troika’s highest ranking from 2016 and represents a steady ascension towards the top of the rankings over the last three years.
