We’re getting out of the office and coming to see you.

At the end of January, we’ll be back in the field for an AIMS-IC roadshow—meeting Marines where the work actually happens.

This trip has three clear purposes.

First, CWO3 (retird) J. Peake will be joining us from Japan. Peake has been doing this work for years and was one of the key subject-matter experts behind AIMS-IC. His experience and judgment were instrumental in ensuring the system was designed and implemented in alignment with USMC standards and real operational requirements. Having him in the room matters. Since he’ll already be stateside in January, it’s a good opportunity to connect him directly with Marines who are using—or evaluating—the platform.

Second, we want time with units currently using AIMS-IC, as well as units that have access but haven’t yet had an opportunity to sit down with us in person. These are not demos or sales meetings. They are working conversations—answering questions, hearing what’s actually happening in the field, and understanding how the system is being used in practice. We’re coming out because relationships and trust matter, and because listening in person is different than listening remotely.

Third—and candidly—we’ve done a lot of rebuilding.

Over the last several months, we completely re-engineered the CMR import process and the SL-3 publication extraction AI. Everything is faster, cleaner, and clearer. After thousands of improvements, it felt like the right time to step away from the keyboard, own what didn’t work early on (that one’s on me), and reconnect with people who may have tried AIMS-IC before it was ready for them.

There are now dozens of units using the application—none more aggressively than TBS and II MEF, including afloat. That feedback has directly shaped where the platform is today.
