Troika Solutions Earns Top Spot Among Virginia Small Businesses

Troika Solutions was named as one of the Best Places to Work in Virginia for 2021 - the sixth consecutive year the company has received this honor. This year, Troika placed 29th among highly competitive small businesses in Virginia. This statewide survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the 100 best places of employment in Virginia whose benefits, policies, and practices are among the best in the state and benefit the state’s economy, workforce, and businesses.

Eligibility requirements for the competition include:

  • Be a for-profit, not-for-profit business, or government entity;

  • Be a publicly or privately held business;

  • Have a facility in the state of Virginia;

  • Have at least 15 employees in the state of Virginia;

  • Be in business for a minimum for 1 year.

Troika Solutions first entered the statewide competition in 2016 after an evaluation of workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. Combined scores from managed evaluations, employee experience surveys, and analyzed data determined the top companies and the final ranking.
